Assistant Retail Marketing Manager (Arabic Females Only)


Location: Dubai



Salary: AED 19,000



Job Purpose and Scope:


As Assistant retail marketing manager, you will assist the management in deploying the brand strategy to generate traffic & Sales in store of partners, increase average baskets and customer frequency.


 


You will be responsible for setting up the store promotion. Branding and VMD (planning & implementation) and building customer experience in order to improve store profitability and engagement. And look out for new marketing opportunities within the stores / markets.


 


Responsibilities:


• Drives traffic to store and improves store profitability by creating operational in-store action plans to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross sell and up sell sales and services


• Implements marketing strategies, directions and action plan to improve brands performance, awareness, and image.


• Responsible for consumer experience, segmentation and lifecycle by country/city/store


• Execute the brands marketing action plan of the local markets and analyzes results (Store events, direct marketing, promotions)


• Support / monitor all dealers, distributors marketing plans - BTL by markets.


• Defines action plan per store based on regular markets visits


• Implement sales promotion, branding and VMD tactics as per the agreed plans


• Monitors Store KPIs Vs the plans


• Reports to the management on store KPI’s progress with required format.


• Provide product, VMD & soft skills training to store sales team and promoters in order to keep them up to date with our latest models.


• Build strong relationship with all key account and dealers across MENA region.


• Make periodic market surveys to get feedback from dealers and end-users and propose ideas accordingly to enhance continuously the channel management and operations.


• Analyze retail data, develop insights and report to management with actionable recommendations.


• Organize regular review meeting with partners based on brand VMD, communication and stores promotion results and share the strategy with all person in concern and lead to implement.


• Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
