Brand Trainer – Harmony Connections – United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:


  • Fully understand the brand, regulations and requirements and use them as guidelines to develop most relevant and cost effective training solutions

  • Deliver required and needed group training with specific focus on service, brand standards and sales

  • Ensure all Managers and team members are fully trained in all aspects of their role in order to deliver to the required standards.

  • Contributes to the design and development of training materials already in place

  • Evaluates and reviews training materials to ensure maximum efficiency

  • Ensure all restaurant staff are achieving excellence and delivering against KPI’S.

  • Support the planning, preparation and delivery of new site openings

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships between the restaurants, operations and HQ.
