-Liaise with key stakeholders to understand growth ambitions and develop campus recruitment strategy with a focus on Nationalization and increasing the percentage of female hiring
-Display strong knowledge of service lines and recruitment trends within KSA and develop innovative solutions to improve market position across campuses
-Obtain strategic input on business forecasts and develop headcount plans with guidance from Strategic Talent Consultant
-Provide advice to the business on best in class recruitment approaches, target campuses, market insights and impact on business plans
-Develop detailed recruitment plans for campus activities
-Engage with various campuses / universities and evaluate against business requisition for short, medium and long term plans
-Evaluate current campus networks and develop strategy to target new campuses / universities
-Contribute and implement innovative ideas with regards to attracting and sourcing candidates
-Leverage digital platforms and personal networks to attract and source top talent
-Promote EY’s Employer Value Proposition on campus, and to prospective candidates
-Provide inputs on branding materials, advertising, and social media. Ensure to provide timely information on application opening/closing dates for all internship and graduate programs so that they are advertised on the careers page.
-Drive involvement of the business at recruitment events – campus presentations, seminars, sponsorship etc.
-Manage the internship program and increase conversion rates to graduate programs
-Ensure full compliance with the online recruitment process and make use of the appropriate resources to advertise vacancies, collect recruitment data for processing, and administer tests to candidates. Also ensure to respond to candidates about the status of their application in a timely manner and record all testing and interview data on candidate profile.
-Identify process improvements and share them with the concerned individual from the Campus Recruitment Team
-Ensure that all referral candidates meet the appropriate eligibility criteria to be considered for internship or graduate programs. In instances where referral candidates do not meet the appropriate eligibility criteria, take the appropriate actions to ensure that the case is managed sensitively so as not to disrupt any business/client relationships.
-Plan and run Recruitment Days (assessment centres) and act as the key point of contact for candidates and the business representatives.
-Consult with the business on employment offers that are to be made to candidates and ensure that constructive feedback is provided to those who do not receive employment offers. Also ensure to capture any offer declines along with reasoning provided by candidate
-Provide timely and clear updates to Cluster Campus Recruitment Lead for respective MENA Cluster
-Build and maintain relationships with the business stakeholders, the wider MENA Talent Team, the Brand, Marketing, and Communications Team, the Talent Services Team, candidate, and college/university campuses stakeholders
