Change and Incident Management Co-Ordinator – Vodafone Qatar – Qatar


As a Change and Incident Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overall quality of change and indicent maagement process for Vodafone Enterprise Customers and Internal IT & Network organizations


With us you will be delivering Production Operations change management services to multiple clients & manage internally initiated changes, across a wide variety of technical platforms

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, persuade internal and external customers at all levels
  • Confidence to work with senior individuals
  • Proactive, flexible and must have an adaptable approach to their work and a proven track record demonstrating that they are – Team player, strong influence and relationship management skills, and customer centric
  • Configuration of core ITIL Processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service catalogue, Knowledge, Service Asset and Configuration Management (CMDB)
