The client is supplying the local and Arab markets with high quality products in hair shampoo, hand liquid soap and home care under many brand names. They believe that quality and talent acquisition are key success factors for growth and continuation. Therefore, the company is adhering to the industry safety system and ensuring that all its products are meeting the international quality standards keeping in mind attracting the top Saudi talents to ensure sustainability and continuity.


 

My client is now looking to recruiter “Key Account Sales Manager” with the following details:

 

Job brief:

 

They are looking for a skilled Key Account Sales Manager to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be key in building strong relationships with strategic customers. Hi primary goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success and growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Negotiating contracts’ terms and conditions with the company key customers.
Following up execution of the journey plan with the merchandizers team.
Opening new key accounts and enlisting new items with existing/new key accounts.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
