The role:

the development of experience design and innovation strategies including
customer journey mapping, detailing technical requirements, development of
strategic roadmaps and robust business cases in support of the CxO agenda for
achieving business efficiency and disruption in our key sectors

to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables or other valuable
engagement knowledge. Ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to
enable access and use by others within the firm

Private Sector entities.

• Implement and
oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the team during the
