Sales Engineer – Beresford Wilson & Partners – Qatar


Our client are an international organisation in the Manufacturing industry who have over 2.000 locations worldwide and generate over 5 billion USD in global sales. They are looking for a Sales Engineer to join their growing team based in their office in Qatar.

Reporting directly into the Sales Director you will be responsible for


  • Selling Unitary and VRF products to new and existing customers through extensive relationship building
  • Research projects opportunities – internet, construction sites, existing customers
  • Regularly visit Consultants and Contractors to build on existing relationships and promote Unitary and new launched products
  • Coordinate with the technical team to complete selection/pricing process, submit quotation and negotiate price with the contractors
  • Participate in events and exhibitions to market new unitary products/models to generate further project leads
  • Provide Management with sales forecasts, customer analysis, competitor analysis information and updates on late receivables
  • Maintain up to date deep knowledge of the products, industry trends and competition

Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication and ability to solve problems
  • Customer oriented and service delivery experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Requirements 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in HVAC sales with at least 3 years in Unitary or VRF
  • Strong HVAC products and market exposure
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Driving License
