With us you will drive all the planning/ forecasting cycles (2+10, 5+7, 9+15 and LRP) for Enterprise Business Unit and engage functional heads in building up the revenue and cost drivers. Evaluate, challenge and recommend changes to revenue and cost drivers in the light of historical trends, prevalent market conditions, group targets & overall strategic direction of the company. Drive monthly performance reviews by segment, identify and evaluate the variables/ factors resulting in variance vs. targets and recommend corrective measures. Design and continuously evaluate daily/ weekly/ monthly financial performance Dashboards that feed into the overall decision support system.
Drive regular product profitability analysis/ channel profitability with the objective to evaluate their effectiveness and relevance in the light of existing market dynamics. Drive post investment review of major Enterprise campaigns with a view to provide useful insights to the management and ensuring that key learnings are incorporated in future enterprise proposals/ campaigns. Review and analyse business cases for new products/ pricing decisions/ Bid P&Ls and challenge the business constructively. Approve all business cases with financial impact of up to QR 250K + on EBITDA. Provides financial direction to business units (EBU) to assist them in achieving goals while remaining within established budget threshold/parameters. Identify and drive cost and process efficiencies. Recommend, design and implement improved processes that increase returns. Support Head of Finance business partnering with resource allocation (including Group challenges) across the EBU by preparing scenarios and evaluating risks and opportunities. Challenge functional plans & request for resources. Lead and manage finance EBU business partnering team through a performance driven culture, so that they can achieve their maximum potential.
