Al Khawarizmi International College was founded in 1985 with aim of providing:Quality Diploma Programs, at higher education level, in Information Technology (IT), providing competent graduate, IT technicians; currently in national shortage.Quality Short Courses in Information Technology for 'End-Users' and IT Professionals. The Al Khawarizmi Diploma in Computer Studies was the first diploma programme to be offered in the UAE in 1986. It was first offered in association with the Institute of Data Processing Management (IDPM) - London. In 1991 we started to offer the programme in association with and under full supervision from Liverpool John Moores University - UK. Liverpool JM University is a world-class British state university that is recognized worldwide.The programme is still the most successful in the UAE. Graduates from the course are now working at oil companies, financial institutions, private companies, and government departments.
